Refund Policy

Understand when refunds are available and how to request one.

All sales are final once a subscription is activated. Please review the scenarios below to understand when a refund may be issued.

1. Non-Refundable Services

  • Payments are non-refundable once activation is completed.
  • No refunds are issued for successfully activated subscriptions.

2. Exceptions

  • Activation did not occur within 48 hours of payment.
  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake.

3. Process

  • Submit a refund request within 3 days of payment with proof of transaction.
  • Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 24 hours.
